Orders

• All orders are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after production has begun.
• Please double-check your shipping address, size, and product selection before completing your purchase.

Processing & Shipping

• Orders typically take 5–7 business days to be processed before shipping.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Sizing

• Please review the size chart before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders placed in the wrong size.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, 814LA is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist whenever possible.
